Sujat Baghadia, a Businesses Management graduate, started Seion at a very young age. Gaining manufacturing experience from his father he set his eyes to establish a reliable consumer brand. Starting from scratch, his visionary view towards the brand Seion has taken it to greater heights. His contribution is evident in almost all the aspects of the brand’s growth and he overlooks several departments in the organization like design, production, Sales along with strategic decision making.
Ravindra Singh Rana
National Sales and Marketing Head
Ravindra Singh Rana has over 20 years of experience in Pharma, Footwear and Electricals. He started his career as a Sales trainee and worked his way up in different roles as Executive, Officer, ASM, RSM-West with varied experience in brands like Bajaj, Bata & Crompton precisely in channel sales.
Satya Ranjan Sahoo
Satya Ranjan Sahoo has a total experience of 11 years in the Electrical Industry. He started his career in electrical appliances manufacturing as an R&D Engineer. He has a wide skillset working in different roles like QC Head, Technical Head, Production Engineer & Plant Head throughout the journey in his career.
Regional Head- North
A post-graduate in business management with over 22 years of experience in the Fan and Lighting industry with major brands like Bajaj Surya, Khaitan and Polar. He has demonstrated unique capabilities in devising and implementing strategies for improving market share, delivering revenue, and profitability despite competitive markets.
Regional Head – West
Anil has 32 years of marketing experience, 5 years in FMCG and 27 years in electrical and electronic industries. He started his electrical career in the appliances division with Batliboi which went on for 5 years, he then took charge of the fan and appliance division of Crompton Greaves spearheading the division for over 2 Decades. In his extensive Sales and Marketing experience with various organizations, he has worked in different roles as, Territory Manager, Area Sales Manager, and Branch Manager of Gujrat and Nagpur branches.
